We ensure a straightforward booking experience, requiring a credit card to secure your reservation, with the assurance that charges will only be applied upon your arrival at the club.

Advance Booking and Group Reservations

Maximize your golfing experience by planning ahead. Our 18-hole tee times are available for reservation up to 30 days in advance online, offering you the convenience to schedule your game early. For those preferring to book over the phone, tee times can be secured up to 7 days ahead. Whether you’re a single player or part of a group, we accommodate all golfers. Singles may be paired with an existing twosome or threesome at the club’s discretion. For golf outings and larger groups, we recommend calling well in advance, as we accept reservations up to 13 months ahead to facilitate your planning.

Cancellations:

Understanding the need for flexibility, tee time reservations at Fox Acres can be modified or cancelled without penalty until 12pm the day before your scheduled tee time. To ensure fairness and availability, groups failing to cancel before this deadline or not showing up will be responsible for full payment. Should your plans change, kindly inform the Golf Shop at (970) 881-2574 to adjust or cancel your booking. This allows us to offer your slot to other golf enthusiasts looking to enjoy a day on the course.
